Callenging death: challenging the acting out - The comment to the clinical case presented aims at stressing the importance of the therapeutic cooperation and the possibility that, not only the therapist but the integrated service as a whole, could meet the patient and his family’s real needs. Besides the acting is also referred to and is also underlined its possible evolution as a psychotic acting. Key Words: Acting Out; Empathy; Alliance; Crisis; Integrated Intervention.
