The knowledge based on the common sense is a sort of social memory that is the background of the actions in the daily life. The sociological study faced by the phenomenological and ethno-methodological guidelines has defined the common sense by starting from a pragmatic dimension, putting in light also that its reproduction in the social environment is subject to micro-processes. This process of collective construction involves also the media communication context. TV and press information is actually a symbolic micro-universe that represents a resource where the social actors can get in order to establish contexts of inter-subjective reproduction of socially shared opinions and beliefs. The essay proposes the analysis of some medial texts in order to underline the contractual processes of the collective construction of the common sense, showing how it is more a "making together" than a "knowing together".
