The aim of this study is to evaluate, in the recent reports, the degree of cardiovascular risk associated with sexual activity for men with cardiovascular disease. Sexuality is an important component of emotional and physical intimacy that men and women experience through their lives. The patients with varying degrees of cardiovascular disease often are concerned about future sexual activity. Key words: cardiovascular disease, sexuality, diagnosis, risk. It has sheldom been possible to assess accuracy in forensic settings, however, because most incidents of sexual abuse involve no corroborating physical evi-dence or witnesses, leaving suspects and victims as the primary sources of information about the incident. The research literature has shown a series of studies wich have examined the effects of using a semi-structured approach to forensic interviews with children suspected of maltreatment. In the cours of this article, are reported the benefits of open-endend prompts, even with younger children, for encouraging children’s narratives aboute abusive events whic have befallen them. Investigators frequently eschew open-ended approaches in favor of closed, and even leading, and suggestive question. Open-ended questions are more reliable and lead to much more detailed and accurate responses in children than do closed questions. It is most important clinical experience to conduct a protected audition with children suspected of sexual abuse. Key words: sexual abuse, protected audition, open-ended prompts, closed question, forensic setting, accurancy.
