2. Supreme Administrative Court (Consiglio di Stato) 19.10.2009 n. 6383 - residence permit renewal - non automatic application of the conviction by plea bargaining for violation of the legislation on drugs prior to Statute 189/02 - necessity to evaluate the current social dangerousness.
