The support to the live in like alternation to residential community for the serious mental pathology - The clinical practice proposed in the article, goes back to a group of therapeutic dispositive that provides for the support to people with mental pathology, to their families and to their carers, and the active participation of them to the planning of the care interventions. This like essential base, not only for a personalized therapeutic design, but also for the development of services for the mental health and the improvement of life quality of the peoples, families and communities. The authors analyses the Group-apartment, the domiciliary therapeutic intervention and the treatment through the Executive Group.
