We will achieve the so often desidered "consilience" if we begin to determine coincidences between the inferences stated in different fields of human knodledge. That kind of processing does not tend to deny the importance of specific truths in one or another field, but to stand for the particular rilevance of those concepts we find alive, not as metaphors, in very different contexts. Starting from Fritjof Capra’s work (The tao in physics), the article lights the East-oriented conceptions embedded in some streams of contemporary psychoanalysis, so rebuilding "the dharma of psychoanalysis" from Jung to Karen Horney, Eric Fromm, Emmanuel Ghent, Mark Epstein, Nina Coltart up to authors (among those: Balint, Winnicott, Bion, Mitchell and the last Daniel Stern) who do not expicit this kind of ascendancies. The second part ot the paper states the quality of attention (mindfulness) as a marker of the overlooping between the psychoanalytical psychology and dharma or zen psychology, whose setting is centered on meditation.
