Beyond the spiral. Reflections e research paths on learning process. The aim of this article is to give some hypotheses in order to contribute to the definition of a specific psycho-socio-analytical approach to interpret the learning process. Learning from experience is a recursive process based upon the movement "going-forward, going-backward". This double movement is representable, firstly, by the "dialectic" figure of the spiral: the spiral, nevertheless, is too restrictive if one wants to fully comprehend the multiplicity and the complexity of different learning histories. Emphasising the "going-backward" movement involves confrontation with the reflectivity paradigm. This article, by means of confrontation with recent developments of reflexivity researches, aims to underline the specific features of a psycho-socio-analytical approach to reflexivity, that takes into consideration also the unconscious and underground, tortuous and unforseable dimensions of the learning process. The notions of "analytical field" and "oniric thought" offer some research possibilities to conceptualize the learning process as a continuous work of transformations among emotions, thougths and actions.
