Project and selfportrait metophor. The selfportrait methaphor has been used to explain how the learning method tested within Ariele allows us to better understand ourselves as well as the others. This comes up from the results of the interviews. The process of change is activated through learning spaces/sessions which are meant as "positive containers". This process is meant to built up the capability of passing new frontiers, to built new connections, to manage the ambiguity between tradition and innovation forces to get to a new self portrait. The process of elaboration of our own project goes through dealing with our fragility, facing the anxiety of"the beauty" meant as the capability of assuming the responsability of our talents and our personal project.
