The studies dealt with dynamic capabilities identified in the ability of knowledge acquisition, integration and dissemination, especially with reference to the knowledge learned in the past processes of new product development, the main feature of the company which wants to launch new successful offerings in the short time and has the need to maintain this ability in the long term too. This paper aims to verify, through the qualitative methodology of case study, the existence of similarities among entrepreneurial practices and literature, especially with reference to the importance of knowledge management in new product development and to find out which are the specific instruments more or less innovative used in practice to stimulate the knowledge creation, integration and diffusion.
