The contemporary reflection on the therapeutic relationship emphasizes the dimension of dyadic co-construction. A dimension in which, alongside attention to verbal and symbolic aspects, it highlights the importance of interactive non-verbal processes. The study of these processes gives the affect regulation a centrale role in personal evolution and let the body return to the place that belongs to him. The place of suffering is the lived body. Body dialogue, in the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of affect regulation. Bioenergetic analysis differs from other psychodynamic psychotherapy for the post that attaches to the body in clinical practice as in theory.
