The author reflects about the living models that are spreading in rural areas. She points out the emergencies that have occurred there in recent decades and the renewed interest in landscape. In planning areas outside cities and towns have been issues of no importance and the tools to govern them are no efficient. She concludes focusing on principles, criteria and categories for a prescriptive project to manage the new living models in a complex and proper way.
