This article aims to describe briefly the articles which make up the new General Law of Tourism in Mexico. It addresses each of the sections of which it is made up and draws attention to the principle themes which are regulated by this law. Furthermore, it mentions the articles which have concepts related to tourism as well as the authority held by each area of government. Finally, it mentions the instruments related to the policy in tourism as well as the rights obligations of the companies which offer services to the tourist.
