The essay analyses the theme of judicial review limits in the field of dismissal for economic reasons. In the first part is defined the concept and the limits of dismissal for economic reasons. In the second part it examines the main case law orientation. Then some of the theoretical alternatives are mentioned. Finally it deepens the innovations introduced by art. 30 of law 183/2010.
