Milan is a crucial pivot in the recent history of Italy. The national leadership of the Italian Communist Party has never understood this question and that’s the reason of its continuing delays in facing cultural and political problems of the country. From the sectarianism of the origins to the standardizing temptations of the Eighties, the history of the PCI Federation Milan is the story of this problem.
