This can impact on stress and well-being of workers. The present study examines the working factors of organizational health in a sample of Italian local health units (Asl). The results show that the factors with greater effect on psychosomatic disorders, stress and job satisfaction were workload, safety, conflict and openness to innovation. Moreover, in all geographical areas and greater extent to women, the perception of fairness and the workload are more problematic.
