This contribution carries out a comparative analysis of provisions regulating training for temporary agency workers, focusing on bilateral regulatory schemes adopted in Italy and France. Here, the specificity of the national legislative framework and of the governance models will be discussed, with major issues related to labur market characteristics, unemployment models, general continuing vocational training systems, but also to agency workers profile and micro-social mechanisms influencing the systems functionning.
