This contribution analyses some variables that the specialized literature considers fundamentals parts of the company well-being: the team orientation, the sense of belonging, the sense of the organizational efficacy, the identification with the company and the working satisfaction. The research participants are 58 sicilian companies managers. The data show how the sense of belonging towards the company is fundamental, being it the only variable among the investigated ones, that influences the working satisfaction. Moreover, the sense of organizational efficacy, which means to perceive that the own company is able to face issues and achieve the expected results is strictly linked to the sense of belonging, that, in turn, determinates the working satisfaction.
