The article analyses the main Italian and foreign cultural supplements in the light of the substantial transformations of the concept of "culture", and of the introduction - by Richard A. Peterson - of the "omnivores" cultural consumers category. A controversial category, seldom used with awareness in daily practice, but very useful for a ripe analysis of pages and supplements that cover culture.
