The issues related to the world of health and in particular those related to medical liability arouse more and more attention from the public and, therefore, have a significant space on the media. In this context the issues related to the phenomena of communication concern many aspects, from communication (so-called "internal") between doctor and patient (involving issues around the "informed consent") communication (by health workers) of the "clinical risk", from communication more closely "endo-trial" (ability to adequately communicate the specifics of the individual case, the peculiarities of scientific-medical, etc.) to which attention must be placed on that field the communication operators which not always in the formulation of the news, they emphasize the differences existing between the various profiles (civil law, criminal law, ethics, etc.) of medical liability. The circulation of inadequate information determines in fact, in addition to a general feeling of distrust of the health system, a growth of disputes resulting in uncertainty, even in health care workers, about the performing their respective profession.
