Halfway between practice and theoretical discussion, the present work is about a clinical group experience in a Psychiatric Therapeutic Community for Minor Patients with complex behavioral disorders and psychopathological conditions. Together with the therapist, who is starting out himself, the group tries to define itself, to give itself a work identity that can bear the idea of thought, in a field that is usually dominated by physical and aggressive behavior. After difficult moments in which some individuals joined and some left the group, it was decided that a group whistle will be the sound, the first signal of an embryonic structure of the group’s thought about the group itself.
