Since 2006, mHealth has seen an expansion of its market share and users that showed the need to regulate it, or at least define it. As often happens, the first were the United States, in September 2013, submitting the Guidance for Industry and Food and Drug Administration Staff, which solves some problems of definition but leads to underregulation, that creates issues of websecurity related to self-care.
