This paper describes the ideas and treatment and learning techniques related to a narrative approach in training. Autobiographic research can be used as a means for favoring attention, reflection and transformational learning for therapists. The Author suggests a methodology where adults are considered as witnesses of life experiences related to treatment and are invited to examine their knowledge by means of autobiography (memories of healing in their life), reflexive thinking (deconstruction of the hidden agenda of treatment) and generative conversations (learning from one another in group situations). Cooperative research is suggested as a model for structuring the therapeutic course.
