The paper outlines future possibilities for the study of addictions with the new digital methods of social research (e-Methods). In particular, it describes an exploratory e-research conducted with the Delphi methodology between professionals involved in the field of addictions in three different Italian territories: Calabria, Basilicata and Trentino. The focus is on the reshaping of the public agencies that deal with addiction treatment through the use of the web society tools which are available today.
