The Centro Soranzo is a clinical centre accredited by the Veneto Region as a therapeutic community type C (psychotherapy and dual diagnosis) and has drown up a protocol for integrated treatment of Substance Use Disorder using some approaches and clinical tools created for the treatment of PTSD. They assume that often these disorders have a common basis in trauma. The aim of this protocol is a simultaneous and synergistic action in some functioning and clinical areas (I.e.: addictive behaviour, anedonia, comorbid mental disorders, etc.). Particular attention is given to the aftercare of patients and to the training of professionals who will follow him even out of the Centre or nearer of their life place.
