The Law 190/2012 and the Legislative Decree 231/2001, in the fight against bribery, introduce tools that show common roots, dicotomies and some coordination findings. The article in aimed at analysing methodological and organisational findings, with specific regard to risk analysis and re-shaping of the agencies.
