The work presents an exploratory study in a Mental Health Center of Rome 1’s ASL. The outcome of one year treatment psychotherapy group was assessed. The outcome was investigated in a multidimension way, considering the symptomatic improvement through Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale 4.0, the global operation with Global Assessment of Functioning Scale, and the changes in the social network of patients with Talk Network Card. The importance to actively build, through the group psychotherapy, a positive relationship network is the reason of the last survey. The perspective from which the study was conducted was that of effectiveness, namely the clinical evaluation of the treatment.
Keywords: Group psychotherapy, outcome, social network, treatment effectiveness.
