The author rereads psychiatric rehab in the light of Jorge García Badaracco basic concepts on psychosis treatment. A new key of interpretation reshapes models and tools of diagnosis and therapy, as well as timing and setting of therapeutic process. Patient observation is based on pathological determinants of his/hers suffering and incapability. Key to the whole rehabilitation process is reading pathogenic and pathological in-terdependences as well as healthy virtuosity.
