The article reflects on the relevance of writing in the social sciences and in particular in the qualitative research work, showing, also through the professional biography of the author, how it constitutes an experience of construction of reality and at the same time a "vehicle" of reflexivity and learning (and in a sense also the basis of identity of subjects and groups).
