Starting from the UN Agenda 2030, the paper aim to propose a reading path regarding the possible applicability of some fourth goal actions (quality education) in order to promote sustainable education in educa-tional services. It proposes, in a particular way, three paths of work based on the value of agency, capability and generativity for the growing of ed-ucational environments that invest in social practices and that know how to better orient, in the learner, the (auto)direction.
