Mario Mirri’s last message to young people consists in a book where he weaves together his personal memories with a rigorous analysis of the war and post-war period. His partisan commitment told without any rhetorics, his disillusionment with politics and his final choice of teaching as a profession are the foundation of his passionate plea addressed to the young: «Always choose the vision of a better world (..) of ever greater justice in a context of freedom».
