Today we are fighting a war against an invisible enemy, which has had considerably an impact not only on everyone’s family and social dimension, but also on the working sphere. The psychological agreement, which links individuals and organizations, has been overturned and redesigned, leaving behind values such as "security" and "belonging". What is on the horizon is a completely new future, in which concepts of "professional habitat" and "work-life balance" take on new meaning. It is necessary to rediscover the relationship between company and people, to give life to a new "corporate humanism", that recovers the centrality of the person and allows the individual to express himself and all his potential. How? Through maieutic methods capable of developing new individual skills and qualities, and accompanying people in an inescapable professional and, above all, personal repositioning. It is necessary to move from the goal of managing to that of "caring2 for people by giving a new meaning, a new perspective to the psychological agreement. And this is where training professionals come into play, whose challenge is, today more than ever, to create a new management thinking, new ideas, and to support people in a path of growth, that allows them to confirm themselves as the true competitiveness differential.

Keywords: Crisis; belonging; future; centrality of the person; corporate humanism; growth path.
