The article aims to explore football as a vector of immigrant’s integration (Am-brosini, 2017 e 2014). Amateur football (Gasparini, 2018) has allowed immigrants to experience the dialogue with the host community and sport social capital (Put-nam, 2000; Coleman, 1988; Bourdieu, 1986 e 1988, Vinnai, 2003) has created new models of solidarity between different ethnic groups. The research analyzed the question of integration through the impact of amateur football social capital (Gasparini e Beaud, 2018; Gasparini, 2013; Vinnai, 2003) on integration. The re-search (Yin, 2013, Glaser e Strauss, 1967) was conducted in Sicily (Ragusa e Gela). A set of 60 indepth-interviews have been collected. The symbolic meanings (Schütz, 1982) emerged from the indepth-interviews built by immigrants in the host community arising from interactions with center operators and football team instructors.

Keywords: football; sport; social capital; inclusion; integration; dialogue.
