As part of the SISS National Survey "The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on social fragili-ties", the APSS of Trento conducted a series of interviews in order to understand their as-sessment in terms of management of the crisis generated by Covid-19, operational impact on professionals, user reaction. Several critical aspects have emerged which, properly examined, could make it possible to improve the company's action in the coming years. In particular, there was a difference of views between management and operational level, the need to bring patients and family members closer together, the opportunity to enhance the spirit of initiative and the commitment of health, administrative and technical professionals. Covid-19 has left a profound mark on users and service operators; APSS intends to turn these critical issues into opportunities for innovation in the near future.
