The comment highlights several important elements that emerge from the narrative and the description of the clinical case produced by the author. The complexity and the importance of the dialogue between psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapeutic models emerges, in particular in situations such as those described which have a strong emotional impact and concern the most intimate and profound life relationships. Mentalization, a concept that crosses the various forms of psychotherapy, could be an important terrain for meeting and dialogue.
