During the COVID-19 pandemic a family therapy with a child indicated as a drug addict by the family began in the presence and continued online. According to the most recent scientific literature, a diagnosed psychopathology, the presence in the family of two adolescents in distance learning, a parent who is a nurse, and the other who risks of losing their job, provides indications for the need to continue therapy. The article also describes how it is possible to use in the online context the clinical convocation of the various subsystems which proves to be possible and the effective as other analog tools.

Keywords: family therapy; adolescents; COVID-19 pandemic; online; analog tools.
