The study is focused on the experience of a full training year (2022) and aims to understand the psychic evolution of the students that allow them to raise their ability to listen, contain and transform the emotional experience with the Other. The study starts from the Kick-off Scientific Event in which SIPP welcomes new students going through the final days scenarios in each of three headquarters. In this second collegial Event, the students, organized by class-groups, tell their experience through a paper. At the center of the study, there is a reflection on the metaphors that the students produce year after year to represent both the journey they have made and the formative condi-tions that favor their development. A precise development line emerges along the training process: rooting in the group-class at beginning, then gaining transitional group spaces for free play between their individual-ities, to reach at the end of the four year term a personal work style and the ability to set a dialogic relationship. The end of experience makes us see how the deep identifying processes with training figures raise and feed, discreetly, the growth process of the students.
