In this research the Author addresses the problem of digital justice and the introduction of in-creasingly advanced artificial intelligence systems especially in relation to the specificity of labor justice. After the introduction, the new provisions which tend to move judicial practices into the virtual space are critically commented. After this first part, the Author deals with the central issue of digital technology in the legal sector and Big Data, analyzing the problem also from the point of view of the European legislation on the regulation of data. In the second part, the problem, at the center of the legal debate, of “predictive justice” is addressed, with a con-cise analysis of recent European legislative initiatives on artificial intelligence and on the prob-lems concerning legal work and interpretation. Brief conclusions close the Author’s contribu-tion, which presents a critical point of view on the uncontrolled expansion of artificial intelli-gence in the labor justice sector.
