Few studies on well-being in Higher Education focused on the whole community (teaching, technical administrative staff and stu-dents). Exploratory research explored desires for well-being in the uni-versity of Foggia. 390 participants (teaching and technical-administrative staff and male and female students) responded to the questions on their desires for well-being in the University. The textual material was analyzed using thematic analysis (Braun & Clarke, 2006). The contents were organized according to the role of the participants. Create collaborative contexts where everyone is recognized for own value are common desires. The study strengthens the need for greater attention to the promotion of collective interventions in Higher Educa-tion community.
