The article aims to analyse the story of ‘La Città Futura’, the review of the Italian Communist Youth Federation published from 1977 to 1979. Founded to give strength to the attempt of youth communist to connect with the democratic components of the movement of 1977, ‘La Città Futura’ confirmed the difficulties of Fgci, grappling with a political ad organizational crisis. Paying attention to the information campaigns and the debate promoted through the issues of review, the author analyzes the limits but also the original characters of that political and editorial project.
