This article examines, through the case of the Ri-Belli project, an intervention aimed at addressing educational poverty, the implementation conditions and operational mediations that shape trajectories of change. Adopting a possibilist perspective and a theory-based reading of implementation, it interprets change as a situated outcome produced through the interaction between project resources, implementation contexts, and family arrangements.
The analysis reconstructs recurrent territorial and family configurations and shows, through the case of an affective education initiative, how the same intervention can generate different trajectories: convergence, misalignment, or transformative adaptation. The article argues that evaluating these interventions requires shifting attention away from mere outcome verification and towards understanding the conditions that make change possible, hinder its consolidation, or redirect its course.
