The hypnotic therapy seems to be an effective therapeutic approach in to reduce the degree of alexithymia both in healthy people that in people with different mental disorders. In this article, associating different neuro-physiological and neuro-psychological evidences, we propose the hypothesis that the particular therapeutic relationship that characterizes the new hypnosis that is inspired to M. Erickson - the rapport - it is able to make structural and permanent the change in subjects alexithymics submitted to hypnotic therapy.
