L’articolo propone una riflessione teorica e clinica sul narcisismo in età evolutiva, tentando di creare un dialogo tra clinica e ricerca. Nella prima parte del lavoro, viene sviluppata una breve ricognizione teorica sulla nascita e sullo sviluppo del concetto di narcisismo in psicoanalisi. Nella seconda parte, viene proposto il contributo della ricerca empirica nell’ambito della diagnosi psicodinamica in età evolutiva, volgendo particolare attenzione ai pattern di personalità emergente in cui sono rintracciabili sintomatologie afferenti alle fragilità narcisistiche in età evolutiva. .;
