The paper describes the common ground of modern dance and theater, on one hand, and Bioenergetics, on the other hand. In fact, between the end of XIX century and the beginning of XX century, the search for a new consciouness happened through the rediscovery of the body. This search developed pratically especially in the field of dance and theater. The authoress gives information about exercises for actors, and put attention to the lowenian definition of "creativity", suggesting affinities and sinergies.
