Imprese in viaggio nella complessità - Nowadays, a change of paradigm is occurring: beside the traditional managerial model aimed at stability, a complex model aimed at elasticity is growing. Three laws for complex organizations are presented herein: openness, flexibility and dynamic equilibrium between continuity and discontinuity. These laws are simple guidelines and do not have any deterministic or prescriptive purpose. Indeed, there are no golden remedies to manage complexity. The importance of long-term sustainability built during the journey is underlined. To be on a journey allows firms to try and learn, to lay the foundations and build the readiness to react to unexpected discontinuities and seize the creative moment.
