Considerations on setting. Psycho-socio-analytical learning is carried out by going through different learning settings, in addition to the usual ones carried out inside and outside the classroom: the orientation setting and the setting provided by the reference person, the social-affective setting and the setting of organizational culture where the psychosocio- analytical thinking develops. The concept of setting is associated to the idea of an existing flexible - yet unambiguous - border, inside which the rules of the game used make learning possible, since they create a protected action space for the learner. The experiencing settings of psycho-socio-analysis promote the discovery and development of the intellectual and personal qualities of individuals, leaving the subject free as regards his opportunities to discover and to build his own work and personal project.
