The "community of practice" as a social context for learning. According to the "community of practice" point of view, described in the article in its essential parts, organizing dynamics can be interpreted as processes characterized by the plot of three constitutive dimensions: practice, first, then learning, and, eventually, community. An emerging point of view points out that learning has its fundamentals both in the practice and in the relationship between the subjects involved in the very same practice.
