Learning and unconscious: a challenge for training skills. The article tries to establish the main hypothesis of our research presented in this number of our magazine: the hypothesis of the unconscious, without being decisive in itself, is a useful variable to pay for a more dense and organic understanding of learning and change processes. The analysis is programmatically general: the first part presents a synthesis of reflection on the contemporary context, while a second part analyzes the perspective of the unconscious in relation to learning in different contexts of research with a study of psychoanalytical contributions but without neglecting those that there come from other fields of research such as the neurosciences.
Keywords: Unconscious and learning, contemporary context, narrative, emotion, neuroscience.
