This contribution aims to carry out a qualitative and quantitative analysis of an analytic limited time psychodrama project with a homogeneous group of adolescents with neuropsychiatric disorders. The methodology involved a text analysis of the transcriptions of the session using the ATLAS.ti software and, at the same time, the statistical analysis of the scores of the SCL-90 test compared with those obtained from a homogeneous control group subjected to a brief individual psychodynamic orientation therapy. The objectives were the creation and subsequent validation of a grid of codes that could work as a grid of qualitative analysis, potentially useful for similar interventions, and the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy through several dimensions: starting from the considerations of process focused on the content and intra-session transactions in a micro-analytic level, to the verification of clinical indicators of outcome related to any change in symptoms.
