Con questo paper si vogliono approfondire le pratiche collaborative in ambiente fisico-digitale che stanno consentendo lo sviluppo di organizzazioni decentralizzate e distribuite glocali, in grado di riunire professionisti di diversa natura e mobilitarli per generare esternalità positive per sé stessi e per l’ambiente di cui fanno parte. Prendendo in esame esempi di human network quali Enspiral, Ouishare e CivicWise, verranno descritte le peculiarità che contraddistinguono queste organizzazioni, i principali processi di creazione di valore, gli strumenti digitali utilizzati, le modalità di lavoro interno e le strutture di governance che, allo stesso tempo, garantiscono l’autopoiesi della rete come sistema e la qualità dei rapporti umani che intercorrono tra le persone che ne fanno parte.;
