L’articolo esplora la necessità di riorganizzare i servizi di cura secondo un approccio community oriented, sottolineando l’importanza dei contesti sociali e relazionali nella costruzione del benessere individuale e collettivo. Attraverso una prospettiva integrata tra psicologia di comunità e clinica del sociale, il lavoro evidenzia come il disagio e la salute mentale non siano caratteristiche individuali, ma fenomeni emergenti dai sistemi di relazione e significazione in cui gli individui sono immersi. Il documento analizza i principi chiave di salute, resilienza, prevenzione e promozione della salute, ponendo l’accento sull’importanza di un modello di intervento basato su una logica di presa in carico precoce, decentrata e interconnessa con il tessuto comunitario. Infine, vengono discussi i vincoli organizzativi e culturali che caratterizzano la domanda di servizi, proponendo un approccio multiprofessionale e integrato che favorisca la co-costruzione di risposte di salute adeguate, in linea con le indicazioni dell’Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità e con la recente riforma del sistema sociosanitario italiano.
